The house on the hill is a family home and they have decided

to share this wonderful location.

We can offer three, 3 bedroom detached new luxury wooden lodges that each comfortably sleep 6 people.

They are each positioned in their own area of our pine wood and have magnificent views over the neighbouring orange groves, towards the walled monumental town of Xativa.

Their aim is to provide a high standard, fully serviced self-catering holiday, the lodges are furnished in a contemporary style and include TV/DVD, and heating for winter stays.

All lodges have a fully equipped kitchen so you can cater for yourself. However, dinner will be available 2 nights a week either served by the pool or you can have room service to your terrace.

There is a pool with a bar and patio area, where your personal sun lounger and a supply of pool towels will always be available. A car is essential to enjoy the full potential of this area. That is why with this accommodation, their is an availability of your own chauffeur for your stay, to take you where you want to go, and get the maximum out of your stay.

The Area

The house on the hill is in the La Safor region of the Northern Costa Blanca.

This is 45 minutes south of Valencia and 1½ hours North of Alicante, served by a good network of new roads.

An area of outstanding natural beauty. Mountain views, scenic valleys and traditional villages.

The villages of Barxeta and Llouc nou de Fenollet are less than 1 km away, and offer shops and bars.

Xàtiva the monumental town is 3 miles away and offers a rich historical and artistic heritage. Above the town the castle dominates the landscape. Walk around the battlements for views of Xàtiva with its palaces and squares and the valleys beyond. Your driver can take you right into the heart of Valencia and deliver you to some amazing attractions.

Xàtiva has everything from medieval cobbled streets and markets to vibrant modern shopping. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars to suit every taste and time of day.

The nearest beaches are 20 minutes drive and are award-winning blue flag. You can choose from quiet family beaches at Tavernes and Xeraco to the larger resorts of. Cullera and Gandia. Even take in some of Valencia VIP Excursions, Diving, Horse riding, Or a night out in Valencia City.
